[Chrysler300] more and different questions

Hello group,
A couple more questions if I may.
On the 57C glovebox door there is a round emblem.  It's red/white/blue inside a chrome housing.
There are two holes in the back side of the emblem, and two holes in the glove box door.
What connects the two pieces?  Where can I get two of them?

On the 62 (and many others) Nyer with 413 engine and a/c, there is a small belt that drives the water pump via the lower engine crank pulley and an idler pulley.  I've tried 2 different belts in the last year, but I can't seem to stop the belt from squealing at high rpm (say about 75 mph, whatever rpm that is on level ground).
When I try to maintain 70-75 going up hill, the belt starts squealing.
I don't want to put too much tension on this little belt because I don't want to wear out the water pump bearing.
Any suggestions (other than staying below 75 mph- that's not gonna happen!)
