[Chrysler300] G brakes question

Hello everyone in 300sville!! To make a long story short, I need new pads for my G for both front drums only (4 relinings total). The rears are still okay (lots of thickness of pads left). The brakes were totally redone 15,000 miles ago at JC Auto. Now can I just simply have a brake expert shop reline these without arching them!? (sounds like arking-hope I spelled it right). The drums surfaces are absolutely flat with no 'ridges' (don't have to be turned or machined). My second question would be which is best material to line them with. Asbestos (probabley now illegal), metallic, and semi metallic is all I heard of so far. Any suggestions? Thank you very much in advance!! 300ly, Brandt H. J. w/ a G.
