Also, warmup is often with stumbles even when the accelerator pump does work
properly.  If your car sits for weeks at a time without driving, then the
AFBs tend to have accelerator pump problems since the leather seems to dry
out and take awhile to start working again.  In many cases, the plunger will
need to be replaced or the leather worked a bit to make it seal again.  This
seems most likely to me.
