Carlton, The original transmission on your H was a special 727. The part
number is stamped on the left side of the transmission case just above
the fluid pan gasket. I don't have access to that number today, but can
get it to you on Monday. Let me know if you need it.  Doug Warrener -

Hello,

Engine rebuild work is going fine and the snow and lake ice should be
mostly gone by tax day, so I'm laying plans for future work.

1)     Would anyone have a pretty decent set of front seat covers for an
H you are willing to sell?  My back seats are surprisingly good and I
don't want to spend money on a new set (at least at this time).  

2)    I would like to get some heavy duty (police car type) 15" wheels
for the H.  Would anyone have a set they want to sell or can you tell me
what all cars will interchange or point me to a weblink?

3)    To save me some research time what model/style trans do I have?
I'll double check, but the fellow I'll have rebuild it asked whither it
was a 727 or 904 (I believe those were the numbers).  I see Mopar  has a
rebuild kit.  Are there parts particular to the H or does the H trans
just require particular adjustments?
