First they tried to find a core converter in their pile of used converters. I really wanted to keep mine. They could not find a good one, So I had to pay shipping which was around $50.00+. to ship from N. CA. to B.C. Their charge to rebuild mine came to $ 365.00 including return shipping. I felt that was a fair price. I have paid that much buying a new one for other cars.
