[Chrysler300] Legitimacy of possible purchaser

Group,
1. I have been contacted by a John Benson of Ontario, Canada, acting as an agent in an effort to purchase the 300-K I had advertised on the club site and in the publications.
2. I had earlier been contacted by an agent in a rush to acquire the "Mercedes" I had advertised. I flushed that one without response. So far this John Benson seems to have avoided mentioning the make or model of car I am trying to sell. I have a less than perfect memory but think it the same person.
3. Does anyone know of him?
4. I am more than a little gun shy as he is in a BIG HURRY to conclude the deal, and is asking questions that were obviously answered in my ad--such as the condition of the engine that is in the car.
5. Any advice in the matter, other than being cautious or caveat emptor, would be appreciated.
Tim Tomlinson
