Is this the car that has the new AC/heater controls switch? The switches I have replaced have failed most times due to overloading. And, if a switch is replaced and the reason for high current is not located and corrected the new switch will fail again real soon. The compressor clutch may be drawing too much current which falls way behind blower motor drawing too much current in failure frequency. So, lacking, I assume, proper current measuring test gear, fuses rigged up separately for each item should locate the culprit.
