Hi everyone:
 
Having lived in Illinois for 10 years, I can tell you this.  The joke goes that there are only two seasons in Illinois.  Winter and Construction!  There is always a road project going on somewhere.  Those of you who live in or near Chicago know this as a way of life.  This is nothing more than a scheme to raise some money and allow the insurance companies to raise your rates.  So please be careful.

   Not to be one to encourage law breaking but, I've been told that 10-12 coats 
of clear on you plates
   make them non readable to the camera.
