[Chrysler300] Rocker Panel Replacement

My G was an Ohio car and the lower body is rusty. There were aftermarket snap-on replacement rocker panels on Ebay last week. There were no bids and they are still available. Will these make a decent weld-in repair or should I pass on them? That they had no bids makes me wonder if that is a clue to their value.
