[Chrysler300] Vinyl roof questions for the '65 300L

Dan,

The exact measurements for the vinyl roof on 300L are as follows:

Measured at the middle of the front door glass, the seams are 4 inches from the roof rail.

The center section measures 48 1/4 inches at the front of the roof just behind the windshield.
At the middle of the roof it measures 48 1/2 and just forward of the rear window it measures 49 1/8 inches.

I am sending this to the whole listserver for everyone's edification.

Feel free to send any other questions you may have about specifications for your 300L.

300ly,
Don Warnaar
New Jersey

  Thanks, Ryan:

I found a top guy that will put the seam wherever I tell him - I have one
response that advises the middle piece to be 42" wide. I'll confirm that
with Don W. and advise my top man.

  Thanks again, Dan
