[Chrysler300] Wheel cylinders

Hi all,
At the last minute, determined the ram K is not going to run without more  
work than I have time.  Now desperately trying to get the silver K brakes  fixed 
to bring it to Lawton.
 
Left rear wheel cylinder is apparently leaking, as fluid is running down  
that tire.  Modern parts stores usually don't even list a 300.  Would  the wheel 
cylinders be the same as a New Yorker?
 
Other ideas, parts available nearby welcomed.  See you in Lawton with  or 
without the K, but I'll be a lot happier if I can bring it.  :)
