Rolland, Ken, and All:
I don't know how much good this will do you, but officially, the color for  
the 300H convertible top linkage is Black Frost Poly, Chrysler color #C-5189-B, 
 Ditzler (PPG) #9229.  This is the very same color specified for the top of  
the 300F instrument panel and the complete 300G panel.  It is a gloss  paint, 
although my 300H doesn't look so glossy anymore!  (The effects of 45  years, I 
suppose.)
