Larry: I think that this is what you are referring to: http://www.crossrams.com/dshaft/trunion.html There are lots of shops that specialize in driveshaft modifications. You can even get them manufactured (NEW) out of Aluminum and I think I even saw one available made out of carbon fiber. I haven't needed to modify a driveshaft since the 60's so I cannot recommend any particular shop. Sean Duggan, who submitted the article on the CrossRam website lives here in SoCal and can probably be found on the club roster. According to the article, he had his done at Cannon Engineering, here in SoCal. First place in the 60-65 group! The drive shaft has quite a whip on lift-off around 70 mph. Remember previous chat about a more modern front U joint for the F's. Can anyone remiind me how and where this gets done? ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol. <http://www.aol.com> com [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/ Yahoo!
