[Chrysler300] wiper trans

Hi Group......I refer to the units that our wiper arms are attached to....I checked my 300 after the rain...and carpets were soaked.   (Being kept outside and covered)  I cleaned out the valley below the grille section adjacent to the windshield, it drains into the eng. compt.
   
  Vacuumed it well after blowing up thru drain slots to loosen years of pine needles and dirt.
  I'm not sure if the windshield gasket leaks, but I can see past the posts where the wipers
   attach to.
  Are there gaskets that mount on these posts under the cowl?   300K ly  Dave
