[Chrysler300] Torqueflight decoding

Hi group,
 
Where to find an overall decoding for the code stamped on any T.F on the
right hand side?
 
Like # 1854123  for a 300 (-57 and -58)  resp  # 1949808 for a 300 (-60)

I need to understand the original use for codes like   17383227,
1738227 K   and 1854124  etc
