Some one mentioned to me the other day that a PRIVATE painter can get paint for up to 3 (maybe) cars per year. I think the paint stores are not supposed to sell to the public with out a certification (and maybe a certified shop). I think I can still get some enamel paints, like for a ford 8N, but I'm not sure about car paint.
