[Chrysler300] vent window instalation on a 57

anyone got any tips? the rubber seems smaller now. do you have to heat it  
with a hair dryer to get it back to original? first big part that im  
reassembling and im having a heck of a time. hopefully the rest of her doesnt go  
together this difficult
