Ok I understand its only 200 Volts.I knew i would find out the correct voltage with that post an not have to go to the books.Story followes (delete?) I was in my early 20eys . And working on my father in laws 1960 lebaron imperil 4 door hard top Whit stainless inserts in the roof, Flag stanchions on the front fenders .I found a disconnected wire behind the radio and wanted to see if it was hot ,Placed a coater key extractor in the end and struck it to ground -no spark- reached over and turned on the lights.Got a 1 inch spark to the tip of my nose.Figred it was some type of radio telephone condenser discharge? And taped it off.
