About nine months ago I installed a torqueflight shift cable that they had supplied to a previous owner of a car I bought. It had never been installed. It had a problem in its construction and I contacted Imperial Services. Even though they had sold this part some four years previously to a different buyer they admitted they had a run of problem parts, told me to send it back, replaced it with a new, correctly manufactured cable and charged me nothing. I was totally satisfied and could not speak more highly of them based on this particular transaction.
