While studying the factory service manual for my 1955 C-300, I noticed that the boot gizmo for the 300 is different than from the others--apparently due to a heavier construction of the housing, pin and balls. This may be the case for the '57, also??? Never put it on as the drive shaft was converted to new Spicers on both ends. If it is the same as the 57, it is yours for the asking. L Jett In a message dated 5/29/2009 3:58:57 A.M.
