Another thing I do is highlight the part of the email I'm responding to and hit "Reply" or "Reply to". When the reply email opens, only the highlighted part is there, as shown below. This eliminates all the stuff at the top of the original email, and all the stuff at the bottom including the Yahoo stuff. Cut to the chase! If your program won't do this, then just highlight it in your reply and delete.
