That's Chris Karamesines' "ChiZler" dragster.  He lives in Chicago and someone had told me that he had owned a 300E.

The ChiZler was Hemi-powered and unofficially the first car to break 200 mph in 1960. It is in the Garlits museum in Florida. Karamesines still races occasionally!
