[Chrysler300] Changing shift points

Now that my car (62 300H w/alum 727 trans) is more drivable, its obvious that I have the shift linkage misadjusted. The car hangs in low unless I really speed up, then it shifts. My guess is a I need to move a linkagebetween the accel linkage and the trans one way or the other. Before i experiment, does anyone have any suggestions on how to best do this?
Thanks,
Mike Moore
