Here in Morgan Hill,Ca,  there is an old-time garage called Country Automotive http://www.countryautomotiveonline.com/about-us.html  (since 1978)  owned and run for many years by David Schmidt (Smitty), one of the most knowledgeable and greatest guys I've dealt with. They are not cheap. 

They recently removed and replaced my 62 box and shipped to a guy in LA who is the ONLY person Smitty trusts with power steering boxes. It was rebuilt to stock, and I think I paid ca $200-250 just a couple of months ago. R&R was quite expensive, killing most of a $1000 bill. The box came back with the valve body correctly aligned and without leaks. It made a HUGE difference in the drivability of the car. Before I spent that much money, I might want to call Smitty's LA source I think.
