Auto Zone, Advance, basically all the automotive box stores sell them and
you just replace they're cover with your old one.  I see them on eBay all
the time also.

You might check with J.C. Whitney. I bought several from them years ago.

Anybody know what happened to the electronic regulators John Hertog had? 
Check with Jeff Carter - he bought out John's supply of parts, and I know 
John had the electronic regulators that fit right under the stock covers.
