[Chrysler300] need transmission advise

in my 62 sport the transmission is leaking oil out the throttle rod...my trans guy says the valve body is worn and thus the leak out the top.

he said one can put in an anti-drain back valve and that might help.

these are words of my trans guy as i know nothing.

has anyone had this problem and solved it?

i would appreciated any advise.
