If you have the quarter interior panel off and wiggling the wire doesn't 
help, as a temp fix just to get the window up, swap the leads to the motor. 
That should send power to the 'up' side, assuming that the glass or 
regulator isn't binding on something.

BTW, don't overlook something simple: it may work from the quarter interior 
switch, but not from the 'gang of four' or vice versa.
