Matt, Ok, I'll jump in. First off, does this continue to happen when the key is off? If so, make sure you disconnect your battery when parking the car. Also, it would be an indication that the problem is isolated to only those circuits that are not key powered, like lights, windows and seat. secondly, are all your electrical items working? Check everything while the breaker is cycling, what is not working? Follow that circuit out 1st to look for problems. Something is shorting to ground somewhere, breakers only cycle like that when there is excessive current flowing through them. I believe the window and seat circuits are breaker protected, rather than by a fuse. You do have a service manual don't you? Once you suspect the problem circuit, look at the wiring diagram for clues. Have you done any recent electrical work or something that could have pinched a wire? Let us know what you find. Who likes electrical mysteries? (Not me!) I have a "Dinging" sound coming from under the dash of our 1962 Chrysler product. I strongly suspect it is a Circuit Breaker popping and then re-setting. When it pops, I can see the ammeter guage shift towards discharge and then pop back, once the breaker resets itself. Who knows where I should begin the search of the fix? Do I go after the Breakers way up high of the driver's kickpanel? Search elsewhere....under the instrument cluster perhaps? Once I locate the popping breaker...what do i do? Replace it? Or does that just help guide me to whatever item is grounding out? Yes...I have Power Windows, Power Seat Help...!
