Josh, I don't know if they are the same, but I have a 1960 DeSoto Adventurer I am parting out that still has the front brake junction block. Here are some pictures so you can compare. One is from above and the other two are from behind and the side. It has an L-shaped bracket with a single bolt to the frame below that holds it out away from the frame. Let me know if you still need one and if you think it will work.
