[Chrysler300] Need carb help.

Hello every one.
So I flew in from OK for the week end to see my spouse, and drive the 300K.   The K only ran on a primed carb, for a few minutes.
I noticed the fuel filter was not filling ,and after dis connecting the fuel line to the carb, there was no evidence of gas.
 
I switched out fuel pumps, installed Carter NOS.  The fuel filter is full, fuel is pushed out around carb base, and when I operate pedal linkage, there are no streams squirting into carb base.
 
So, full in, no squirting, flooding and no starting.     Any clues, or is it time to check floats, plunger etc?
