[Chrysler300] 3 F & G questions

#1 Were the fender liners installed on these cars after the body drop and engine installation

 

#2 Or, were they installed and  the cutouts in the liners were  to allow for clearance of the rams for the body to drop over the installation?

 

Was the engine fully assembled (rams and exhaust) and installed in the frame before the body drop?

 

Would like some input on this please
