The steering wheel says Pontiac and the gear selector indicates it’s an old dual range Hydromatic.  At best, a misteak—at worst part of a lame scam.

Take a look at this 4 door 300 sport Hdt dash picture. It and the
steering wheel are not the normal 62 dash/wheel. I do not know what the
dash is from. Ebay # 331050541166.
