Doug, the number seems odd ( I called it and while it made reference to pushing 2 or 3 for Obama care, it may be a joke). If not,  this was in all probability done on purpose. Do you know the Serial number placed on the hull of the Titanic?  It was No 6063. The ship was built in Northern Ireland by Protestant workers. When viewed thru a mirror,  it spells, No POPE.
