[Chrysler300] 300F - Steering box o-rings -

Need to have my mechanic change the O-rings on the top side of my 300F steering box, to stop their leaking. I understand these can be changed out without removing the rams. I don't thing we need to tear down and rebuild the entire steering box.

 

Suggestions? Is there a special tool that's needed to access this? Sourcing of this tool?

 

Trying to get a few things done before putting the 300 in hibernation.
