Mark's advice won't work on the K caps, not exactly anyway. The construction is different than most Chrysler wheel covers of the era. There definitely are not as many biting edges. I have one here, looking at it, I would say stick a screwdriver in each of the punched holes where the "teeth" are and bend the teeth out at a bit. Like any wheel cover, each time they are installed, the biting edges are bent in, and need to be "readjusted" every so often (as Mark describes with the more common style.)
