Thanks to all for all the suggestions. I have had the same cap
pop off twice in one trip, (left front) and the right front once. I do know that
the covers rotate some from their installed position because the valve stems
show that they moved. I'm going to remove & re-torque the front wheels for a
start, and then try some of the other fixes suggested. Probably won't get to
test until spring though. Thanks much for all the tips- I'll try them one by one
until I get the fix.
