Yes - it would, if one had the original panels to use as a template, so the holes would be in the right places and the thing would fit.  Of course you could also use the existing holes to figure out the pattern.

Hello there,

I had posted a few months back about needing a pair of inner access panels
for a 300G. I am still on the hunt. I contacted Gary Goers but he
unfortunately is pretty swamped and doesn't have any available at this time.
Before I get on the wait list for a pair to be fabricated from him I wanted
to see if anyone had a pair of originals or repros lying around. I am
currently painting my engine compartment while the motor is being rebuilt so
it would be nice to get it sorted.
