RE: [Chrysler300] Inner panels for 300G

Fender access panels are unique to Ram cars, 60 , 61 the same, I believe,
maybe other years, but do not know that. , They overlap inner fender kind
of, not sure you could cut out of a regular inner fender, plus there are
stamped details / bolt patterns on inner fender and the panel; assume he has
correct inner fender with hole and bolt pattern for them. Why these often
got thrown away escapes me, but they do. Unbelievably stupid thing to do.
Water then splashes right on hot exhaust manifold , and plugs , I imagine
Dodge Desoto Plymouth ram cars used same panels, maybe even independent of
wheel base?

Someone correct me if I am wrong but would these not be the same as a piece
cut out of a regular 60-61 LWB Chrysler liner??

Hello there,

I had posted a few months back about needing a pair of inner access panels
for a 300G. I am still on the hunt. I contacted Gary Goers but he
unfortunately is pretty swamped and doesn't have any available at this time.
Before I get on the wait list for a pair to be fabricated from him I wanted
to see if anyone had a pair of originals or repros lying around. I am
currently painting my engine compartment while the motor is being rebuilt so
it would be nice to get it sorted.

Thanks all
