To join this list you would have had to create a Yahoo user ID and password. Of course that might have been so long ago you don't know where it is anymore.

I logged in like Rich did and it worked great. It's very convenient *IF* everyone still remembers their password.

I clicked on my vote selection and received a Yahoo log in request at 2:50 PM PDT.  I entered my Yahoo user name and password and was directed to the polling place where I was able to confirm my vote was recorded.  Only three of you Yahoo’s have responded with a positive vote—ripinator, noah10g and redmax.  You know who you are.  It’s a pretty slick system and I hope we can use it more for needed surveys.  I think it said there are 441 of us on the server. Quite an eclectic collection of cars, personalities and experience.  Thanks to all that follow and share.

Does this thing work ? I clicked on one of the links and it brought me to a Yahoo login page. Did my vote get registered ?

 

Also, just FYI...  any email that asks me to click on an anonymous link is automatically suspicious, as it could be a phishing scam. If you're going to do something of this nature, it's best to give members a 'heads up' beforehand, so we know it's legit.
