[Chrysler300] '66 Chrysler 9" rear seat arm rests with ashtray cutouts

On a related note, I'm looking for two rear side panel 9" arm rests with ashtray cutouts for my '66 300 2 door hardtop. Aftermarket suppliers have the 9" repro arm rests but not with ashtray cutouts. Would prefer to find some already cut properly than modify the repro units. White preferred, but can dye other colors. 

Shipping would be to Canada, so will send anyone willing to sell a pair a US dollar money order to cover purchase and shipping beforehand.
