It probably tracks the steering box change 57-58, vs later ?
Ram hose might work on non ram B block cars ok? Problem / difference is carb plenum area bends right? Thinking prioritizing….

Based on my experience (‘57 New Yorker vs. ‘63 300J vs. ‘63 Imperial) the ‘57-‘58 is different from both the ‘60-‘64 ram pressure hose as well as the ‘59-‘66 non-ram (single 4bbl) hose.

Jamie,
Would this be the same configuration of PS hose as found on the '57-58 C an D? I had a miserable time dealing with an aftermarket one on my C. Could earlier cars be included as a variation in producing the project hoses (if they are actually different)?
I'm pretty sure I have an original to furnish as a model if you would need it.
Thanks.

Jan, yes you did, thanks for the request it will be project RP-1501, suggested by you and assigned to John Begian for follow up. It may be some time before they are done, stay tuned as we will have more information after John digs into the project. I have found that what you think is an easy task takes a long time , like the 64 door stars , all told it was about four years from start to finish for that project. The idea for them started with a meeting with Bruce Toelle in the parking lot at Larry Jett’s meet in Carmel. Bruce and I were talking about the flank emblems on the L and the need for replacements as they are all sun faded. However the 65 emblems are on hold until we see how the 64 emblems sell.
