Didn't take it apart, just removed from car and cleaned and repainted outside. The plunger? Moves but sometimes stops idle at 1500rpm, other times goes back near 750. After going thru F service bulletin again, just going to back off the adjustment some more and try that first

After restoration, mine appears to be sticking, maybe too much paint. Idles
to high half the time. Thinking of removing and thorough clean. Any things i
should be concerned about, or not do when cleaning, disassembly? Thks in
