[Chrysler300] surgery

Surgery yesterday a.m.. Took longer then expected, bone like eggshell around the socket.
6 screws, a metal plate and some cable from screw to screw, holds it together until the bones knit.
Spent the night in the hospital, got out in time to go to lunch at the senior center. Many fine folks welcomed me!
Nerve blocker still working, plus I have some Heavy duty pain pills! .
Doc says I'll have a full recovery, just will take time. Pretty good shape now, minor ache. Bandage comes off Sept.9. Rehab after that.
Thanks to many of you for the concerned emails. Doing this e-blast to you all, as typing with one hand is a pain..
