I'm still running the hydraulic switch in my F. Purchased a couple from Jeff Carter 2 years ago.

If so, it may be getting ready to fail.

Is the fluid level up to the top of the M/C??

I'd check into updating to a mechanical switch like what's on the 63's &
64's and up

Got a question about rear brakes lights on my F.

I have brake lights if I push on the peddle all the way. While slowing down
I don't have lights. Thinking it might be the sending unit but thought I
would ask..

Always something!

Did not see anything in the SM.
