[Chrysler300] Striker plate is adjusted!

Again, thanks to great car guys!

I had a striker plate, along with 3 screws and a shim.

I had fits adjusting original striker, replaced it with the spare hardware, and dialed in the door clicked and flush.

Old guys stick to it!
