[Chrysler300] Door handle/lock for 1957

Passenger door lock does not take a proper Mopar key.  I want the lock to match my ignition key, like it should be.  My present handle has 1707382  RH  AAMB

Screw head on the side for the lock has been filed smooth by previous owner, apparently. I believe it should be an allen head screw & the wrong type screw replaced it, thus filing the head.  Is there a way to remove the screw (easy out?) without ruining the handle?  If so, I need  a handle that is complete.

Any help is appreciated.  If so, I need the correct type lock that will accept my correct ignition key.  Thanks for any help I can get on this.
