I saw info on that way back where there was a cable to the door hinge that I think unlatched seat .--forget where I saw that , a drawing of a mechanism . But I have never seen it in reality . From an engineering perspective with traveling seat , easier to do electrically ?good question !Sent from my iPhone not by choice
