Jeff: My 300 Ram K is Roman Red and the inner fender panels have never been touched. The removable fender panels are black and the clips and bolts are not painted. I've seen these both ways, but not necessarily on ORIGINAL cars. On 300J and RamK removeable fender panels: Are the panels painted matching body color or are they black. What about the c-clips for the panel bolts? Body color??...or not ?
