{Chrysler 300} Bumper jack hold down project update and question

Group,
The barrel nuts and J bolts are finished for the tie downs
Next up are the straps.
Need to design and build a jig for bending those,

I have a question about the use of these parts.
Were these parts used in other Chrysler products in the period 57-59 that
used the same basic trunk design such as New Yorkers and Windsors?
