I think you’ll need to polish this out. Hopefully just the topsides - hood, roof, trunk. Seeing your beautiful ‘62 at Iola, we know it’s all original paint, but for the decklid - photo attached. So you’re preserving its original single-stage Festival Red enamel paint, and not a second stage clearcoat found on newer repaints. I’m not familiar with F11 products and have not used ceramic offerings.
When our cars get rained on out at shows, it’s best to dry them soon after the rain stops - which of course you now know!
